Hello, I am a product designer with a user experience design and research background. I’d like to introduce myself and share some of my work with you today.

I’m experienced in service design, AI transformation for user centered products, prototyping, user testing and setting up and updating design systems in Figma.

Some of my work

  • Account recovery

    Members can not take advantage of all their healthcare benefits if they are struggling to sign in. This effort included all aspects of member account management including the earliest part of the journey - creating an account, resetting passwords, recovering an account and identify verification.

  • Photo estimate

    Instead of going to repair shops for vehicle estimates, customers were asking for hassle free estimates to make decisions about continuing on with repairs or taking a cash out. 


  • Same day payments

    How might the product team create a rewarding and exceptional payment experience - one in which customers feel both empowered and supported from initial onboarding all the way through to seeing their money delivered the way that makes the most sense for their lifestyle?

  • Total loss vehicle claims

    This project moved the full end-to-end journey of members who had a total loss vehicle claim to digital channels.

  • Healthcare messaging

    This project explored the best ways to give members control over text based content for everything from healthcare reminders to wellness tips and more.
